IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Rawlins, Hanna, Sinclair, Fort Steele Historic Site, Rawlins Municipal Airport, Dugway Campground, Seminoe State Park, and Carbon County Fairgrounds. This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 214 and 254.
