Description:
At 342 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles east of Longford to near Enterprise to
4 miles southeast of Hillsboro. Movement was northeast at 70 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Manhattan, Junction City, Abilene, Herington, Ogden, Grandview Plaza,
Chapman, Solomon, Wakefield, Riley, Enterprise, White City, Milford,
Leonardville, Hope, Dwight, Woodbine, Randolph, Wilsey, and
Parkerville.
This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 267 and 311.
