At 1014 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles northeast of Lowry City to near Purcell. Movement was northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Truman State Park, Truman Lake, Prairie State Park, Stockton Lake, Nevada, Lamar, El Dorado Springs, Warsaw, Stockton, Lincoln, Cole Camp, Osceola, Lockwood, Jasper, Golden City, Liberal, Lowry City, Sheldon, Nashville, and Mindenmines. This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 54 and 88.
