Description:
At 1130 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms extendering from eastern Fisher County to northern
Coke County, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Sweetwater, Anson, Hamlin, Roscoe, Robert Lee, Blackwell, Nolan,
Merkel, Rotan, Bronte, Roby, Trent, Maryneal, Sylvester, Noodle,
Hobbs, Mccaulley, E.V. Spence Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation
Area, Sanco, and Longworth.
This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 271.
