At 1148 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking multiple strong
thunderstorms from 6 miles southeast of Grow to Peacock. Movement
was northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Guthrie, Peacock, Swenson, and Hackberry.
Instruction:
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
