Description:
At 426 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles east of Carthage to near Sarcoxie to
near Granby to near Pineville. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Carthage, Neosho, Big Sugar Creek State Park, Monett, Aurora, Mount
Vernon, Cassville, Granby, Noel, Sarcoxie, Pierce City, Duenweg,
Purdy, Lockwood, Diamond, Seligman, Pineville, Exeter, Miller, and
Wheaton.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 44 between mile markers 13 and 53.
Interstate 49 between mile markers 1 and 8, and between mile markers
36 and 41.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CST for southwestern
Missouri.
