At 441 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Purley, or 9 miles northeast of Winnsboro, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Mount Pleasant, Boxelder, Mount Vernon, Wilkerson, Purley, Dalby Springs, Winfield, Miller's Cove, Harts Bluff, Monticello, Hopewell and Cypress.
