IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Monroe, Claiborne, West Monroe, Swartz, Brownsville-Bawcom, Brownsville-Bawcomville, Richwood, Sterlington, Fairbanks, Loch Lomon, Deshard, Guthrie, Perryville, Rocky Branch, Spencer and Drew.
