HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow which can rapidly reduce visibility to
less than a quarter of a mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 410 PM MST, a band of heavy snow was near
Rifle, or 22 miles west of Glenwood Springs moving east at 30 MPH.
THIS BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR...
Silt around 415 PM MST.
New Castle around 420 PM MST.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 77 and 106.
Colorado 13 between mile markers 1 and 5.
