At 616 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Anacoco to near Stringtown. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Leesville, Newton, Anacoco, Toledo Bend Dam, Burkeville, New Llano, Hornbeck, Hutton, Burr Ferry, Kurthwood, Stringtown, Wiergate, and Evans.
Instruction: 
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CST for southwestern and west central Louisiana...and southeastern Texas.
