Description:
At 142 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Learned to near Dry Grove to near
Dentville. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Strong thunderstorms will be near...
Jackson, Crystal Springs, Hazlehurst, Raymond, Dry Grove, and
Gallman around 150 AM CST.
Clinton and Terry around 155 AM CST.
Byram around 200 AM CST.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious
injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors
during such strong winds...and be especially aware of older trees.
