to 35 MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1149 AM EST, an area of moderate snow was
7 miles southeast of Nicholasville moving east at 25 MPH.
THIS AREA OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR...
Richmond around 1205 PM EST.
