Euclid, or near Willowick. This intense lake effect snow band was
nearly stationary.

Up to 2 inches of quick snow accumulation...

Cleveland, Painesville, Willowick, Chardon, Fairport Harbor, Euclid,
Mentor, Cleveland Heights, Solon, Willoughby, Eastlake, Warrensville
Heights, South Russell, Highland Hills, Timberlake, Lakeline,
Chesterland, Shaker Heights, South Euclid, and Mayfield Heights.
