Description:
At 150 PM EST, areas of heavier snow was located near Fredericktown-
Millsboro, or 12 miles east of Waynesburg, moving east at 30 mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these areas of heavier
snow.

Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Morgantown,
Monroeville, McMurray, Greensburg, McKeesport, Washington, Uniontown,
Jeannette, Canonsburg, Connellsville, Waynesburg, Star City,
Gastonville, Plum, West Mifflin, and Baldwin.

Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 17 and 57.
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 55 and 83.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 53.
Interstate 79 in West Virginia between mile markers 155 and 160.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 76 and 84.
Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
