At 524 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6 miles south of Joaquin, or 10 miles northeast of Center, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Center, Mansfield, Coushatta, Logansport, Joaquin, Huxley, South Mansfield, Keachi, Grand Cane, Longstreet, Stanley, Carmel, Reeds Store, Kingston, Gloster, Frierson, Grand Bayou, Evelyn, Caspiana and Rambin.
