Description:
Areas of fog can be expected across the James River Valley and
parts of south central North Dakota tonight, with visibility
occasionally dropping to less than one-quarter mile. If traveling
in this area, be prepared for the possibility of rapidly changing
visibility. Use extra caution at intersections and railroad
crossings.
