Description:
Lower clouds and locally dense fog over the higher terrain of the
Alleghenies and Laurel Highlands will reduce visibilities to a
quarter mile or less in spots. At the same time, both air and road
surface temperatures in the upper 20s to lower 30s, combined with
the fog, will create the potential for localized slick spots on
untreated roads and walkways.
If traveling this morning, please be alert for changeable
conditions and allow yourself extra time to reach your
destination.
