Description:
Areas of fog can be expected across many parts of northwest and
north central North Dakota this morning, with visibility
occasionally dropping to less than one-quarter mile at times. If
traveling in this area, be prepared for the possibility of rapidly
changing visibility. Use extra caution at intersections and
railroad crossings. Visibility should gradually improve late this
morning.
