Southeastern Brunswick County in southeastern North Carolina...
* Until noon EDT.
* At 1132 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located over Southport, or near Caswell Beach, moving
northwest at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

1135 AM EDT.
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Dosher
Memorial Hospital.
