TORCHS The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a * Tornado Warning for portions of... McIntosh County in southeastern Georgia... * Until 915 PM EDT. * At 842 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 5 miles south of Cox, moving north at 55 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Darien and Cox. This includes I-95 in Georgia between mile markers 47 and 50.
Instruction: 
Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris. Tornadoes are difficult to observe at night. Take cover now!
