* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with
gusts up to 40 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very
cold wind chills as low as 16 expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from noon today to midnight CST
tonight. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9
AM CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Instruction:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
Secure outdoor objects.
