* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, north to northeast winds 20 to 30
mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the High Wind Watch,
north to northeast winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 80 mph
possible.
* WHERE...Santa Susana Mountains and Southern Ventura County
Mountains.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 10 AM PST this morning. For
the High Wind Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through late Wednesday
night.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around
unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result.
