* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Avery, Buncombe, Burke Mountains, Caldwell Mountains, Henderson, Madison, McDowell Mountains, Mitchell, Rutherford Mountains, and Yancey Counties. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 6 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The very gusty winds will combine with colder temperatures to produce wind chill values of 0 to -10 late tonight in elevations above 3500 feet.
