* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, east winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 0 expected. * WHERE...Middle Rio Grande Valley including the Albuquerque Metro Area. The strongest winds will occur at the base of Tijeras Canyon in east Albuquerque. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 5 PM Tuesday to midnight MST Tuesday Night. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight Tuesday Night to 8 AM MST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways. Bitter wind chills will increase the risk of frostbite and hypothermia. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The potential exists for up to one inch of snow in the Rio Grande Valley. Blowing snow may produce lowered visibility as well.
