* WHAT...North to east winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 to 55
mph expected, locally up to 60 over the highest peaks.
* WHERE...Northeast Foothills/Sacramento Valley, West Slope Northern
Sierra Nevada, and Western Plumas County/Lassen Park.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM PST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...North to east winds will continue to be gusty
through the morning hours as they gradually weaken throughout the
day.
