* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...Western portions of the Southern/Central Sacramento
Valley, Carquinez Straight and Delta.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects such as
holiday decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few
power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will be strongest late this morning
into the evening.
