* WHAT...West winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts near 45 to 55 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to 10 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A few isolated peak gusts up to to 60 mph are
possible with a cold frontal passage Thursday morning. The front
may also be accompanied by heavy snow showers, potentially
resulting in brief reduced visibility and slippery spots on
roadways.
