* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected for much of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. * WHERE...In Minnesota, Carlton and South St. Louis, Central St. Louis, Northern Cook and Lake, and Southern Lake Counties. In Wisconsin, Price, Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Sawyer, and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bois Forte Band, Lake Vermilion area, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, the Red Cliff Band, the Bad River Reservation, the Fond du Lac Band and the St. Croix Band in Burnett County. Recreation spots such as the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island. This also includes the Boundary Waters eastern and central area. * WHEN...From noon today to 3 AM CST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
