* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana.
* WHEN...From 6 PM EST /5 PM CST/ this evening to 4 AM EST /3 AM
CST/ Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds will make it feel much colder
with wind chills below zero expected overnight into Thursday
morning.
