* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of west central Minnesota and north central and
northeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result. Visibility will be reduced to a mile at
times in snow showers and blowing snow.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
