For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 34 will result in frost formation, except along the immediate coast where winds will remain elevated. * WHERE...Coastal Bay, Coastal Franklin, Coastal Gulf, and South Walton Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 4 PM EST /3 PM CST/ this afternoon. For the Frost Advisory, from 3 AM EST /2 AM CST/ to 8 AM EST /7 AM CST/ Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
