* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east
central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska.
* WHEN...From 9 AM to 6 PM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strong winds will also create areas of
very high fire danger.
