expected.
* WHERE...Beartooth Foothills and Livingston Area.
* WHEN...From 11 PM Wednesday to 2 PM MST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects,
especially holiday decorations. Strong crosswinds will make travel
difficult along Interstate 90 from Livingston to Big Timber and
roads along the Beartooth Foothills.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected Thursday morning.
