Counties. This includes highways 97 ans 139. In Oregon, Klamath
Basin, this includes Klamath Falls, Keno, Bly Beatty, highways 97,
and 140.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
