* WHERE...Dawson, Lumpkin, and White Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds may diminish in the lower elevations
this evening, but remain strong and gusty at elevations above 2000
feet for the remainder of the night.
