Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow and patchy blowing snow. Snow accumulations
between 5 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of the higher terrain areas of southwest and
western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Steady snow this morning will transition to
snow showers, and possible squalls this afternoon.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can
