Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 9
inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania and
northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches and create white out like
conditions.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can
be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
