* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow with mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 10 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze possible. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 AM EST Saturday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday afternoon through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening and Monday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
