accumulations between 4 and 10 inches and ice accumulations around
a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Iowa and southeast Nebraska.
* WHEN...From noon Saturday to midnight CST Sunday Night.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult.
