* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 11 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze possible. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday afternoon through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
