Description:
* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy mixed precipitation
expected. Total snow accumulations between 8 and 15 inches and ice
accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph. For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions expected. Winds
gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Missouri.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 3
AM CST Monday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 3 AM Sunday to 3 AM
CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Visibilities
may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
