one tenth and one half of an inch.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will develop this morning, and then mix
with or change to freezing rain in the afternoon and evening. A
period of plain rain is also expected for many locations tonight.
The remaining precipitation will then change back to snow on
Monday. The heaviest precipitation is expected this afternoon into

outages.
