* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and west central Indiana. * WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
Instruction: 
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1. Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter storm kit along with you, including such items as tire chains, booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing.
