* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches, with the highest amounts in southern portions of the counties. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph, which will lead to blowing and drifting snow, especially on west to east oriented roads. * WHERE...In Illinois, Hancock and McDonough Counties. In Iowa, Lee County. * WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
