* WHAT...Mixed precipitation with additional snow accumulations up
to two inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Kentucky.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Expect power outages and tree damage due to the ice.
Travel could be impossible. The hazardous conditions will affect
the Monday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sustained wind gusts from 15 to 20 mph with
isolated gusts up to 25 mph possible this afternoon.
