* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 5
inches.
* WHERE...In Delaware, New Castle County. In New Jersey, Atlantic
Coastal Cape May, Cape May, Cumberland, and Salem Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow, heavy at times, will continue this
morning potentially coming down at 1 inch per hour rates. It will
diminish in intensity this afternoon then gradually taper off
tonight.
