5 inches.
* WHERE...Carroll, Madison, and Washington AR Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to noon CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
