5 inches.
* WHERE...A portion of north central Arkansas.
* WHEN...From noon Thursday to 6 PM CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
commutes.
