Additional snow accumulations between 5 and 8 inches. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and east central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma. * WHEN...Until noon CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to near impossible. The hazardous conditions are likely to impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. Some roadways may be impassable and closed for a time. A few sporadic power outages and some damage to trees is possible from the heavier, wet snow.
