Total accumulations of 7 to 9 inches with locally higher amounts in the higher terrain of southeast Oklahoma and west-central Arkansas. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and east central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma. * WHEN...Until noon CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
